It's a bold message, but it works. Retailer Brand Identity is one of those geniuses ideas our founder, Julius Geis had, a couple of years ago.  Julius was working on the repositioning of one of European biggest outdoor sports retailer, Globetrotter and realized that most retailers are weak by design. How can a customer build up his decision-making process other than looking at a price or the product itself, if these are the only two criteria retailer advertising for potential clients?

Somehow it was common sense that manufacturers when building their find the right mix between functions reasons, such as price, product quality, etc. and emotional beliefs such as values, their tone of voice and an image that somehow enriches peoples lives.

Julius sketched his idea down, and the result is a beautiful roadmap, to a strong identity for retailers (all industries) to differentiate within their market.
